VURN doesn't collect a phone number or email — this page explains the two ways to delete your account.
This is the fastest and most reliable way to delete your account — identity is verified instantly with your username and password.
Deletion happens instantly. It cannot be undone.
Because VURN never collects an email or phone number at signup, there's no reliable way to verify your identity outside the app. You can still request that your account be deleted:

with the subject line Account deletion request, stating your
username in the message.
Since we can't verify identity by email, our team reviews the request manually and processes it with reasonable care. Target processing time is 30 days. We may ask for additional information to prevent abuse.

The moment your username is deleted, it becomes available for someone else to take.
